CTET 2021 Registration: Every year the application form for CTET is released in the month of June

CTET 2021 Exam: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is likely to release the information bulletin and application form (CTET 2021 Exam) for CTET 2021 for the July 2021 session very soon. Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) is conducted twice a year in July and November. The application form and notification for CTET 2021 will be released on the official website of CTET at ctet.nic.in. CTET 2021 exam is conducted in Indian languages. As per the previous year trends around 23 lakh candidates applied for the CTET exam. The CTET application form is released every year in June and is expected to open soon, however, the dates have not been announced yet. The eligibility criteria for CTET is set by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). The detailed eligibility criteria are mentioned in the information bulletin. There are two papers in CTET and the eligibility for both the papers is slightly different. As per the criteria, 12th pass with minimum 50% marks required to appear in Paper 1 (Primary Stage). Also, 2 years diploma should also be there. There is no upper age limit to apply (CTET 2021 Exam). The minimum educational qualification required for Paper 2 (Preliminary Stage) is Graduation in any discipline with 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education. Candidates who qualify CTET 2021 can apply for the posts of teachers in Navodaya Schools, Kendriya Vidyalayas, private schools affiliated to CBSE etc. Candidates who qualify in Paper 1 can apply for the posts of teachers from class 1 to 5. Candidates who qualify in Paper 2 will be eligible to apply for the posts of teachers from class 6th to 8th. Recently, the central government has made the TET eligibility certificate lifelong. Earlier the validity of this certificate was 7 years.
