Fighting financial constraints, the financial corporation is now preparing to halve its division (division). The proposal will be brought to the meeting of the steering committee to be held on September 21. This will reduce the number of employees and the need for resources.
The Forest Corporation has 26 departments including logging sales. Some of these jobs are less but the work is stressful. The division of staff is almost the same. All departments have an average of three trains, one office, two guards and four to five class IV employees.
Consolidation of sections will reduce all requirements. Apart from this, many expenses will also be reduced. An official said they could not be transferred from one department to another due to political interference. However, it will also be resolved through mergers.
There are almost a thousand vacancies
According to the structure of the Forest Corporation, there are about one thousand vacancies as compared to the one thousand 999 posts approved and about 1900 posts have been filled. That means one thousand more employees are needed. If the divisions are halved th is requirement will be reduced sufficiently. In addition, about 12 employees are working outsourced.
There is very little work in many departments and in many more cases. In such cases, they will be combined. Many rivers have two divisions. Together they will form a mining division. That way, the staff won’t need too much either. There will be limited use of resources. Transfer will also be comfortable. This proposal is being brought in the GB meeting.
