Find out how to get e-district service from ‘Apani Sarkar’ portal
People of Uttarakhand will get all the services at home through ‘Apanani Sarkar’ portal. Until now the services provided through e-district can be found on this portal. The directive was given by Chief Minister Trivendra Rawat during a review of job rights and e-district portals at the Secretariat on Wednesday. This portal will be created in collaboration with ITDA and NIC. The Chief Minister said that services which are not yet informed should also be included in the Right to Service Act.
Officers should make sure that the objections in any certificate or document are mentioned at once, which will save public time and not cause unnecessary hassle. He instructed to set departmental targets for creating online advertising services and to prioritize more in-line services online. Officers who are not able to provide services on time should be identified departmentally. Under this, a monitoring dashboard will be created in the right office of the service.
Services from the right of service can be obtained from home
Under the Right to Service, 243 notification services are being provided online. Chief Minister Trivendra Rawat has directed the departmental officials to make these services online within three months.
The heads of the departments are attached to the nodal officer rights of the department
The head of the department will be the nodal officer. They will be chaired by Ramswamy, the chief commissioner of the commission. There will be a review of notification-based services every two months under the chairmanship of the Chief Minister under the chairmanship of CS. The commissioners of both the departments also became the DMs of their departments within 15 days
Will review with it.
