Uttarakhand also started preparations after the announcement of CBSE board exams. According to sources, the Uttarakhand High School and Intermediate Board examinations are expected to be held in late April or early May this year. The final decision on the examination schedule will be taken at the meeting of the school education council. Last year’s board exams began in March.

RK Kunwar, chairman of the council for education, said a meeting would be held soon. The board exam schedule should be decided as soon as possible. The CBSE board exam is going to start from May 4. According to sources, the education department also wants to continue testing around CBSE activities. After conducting the practical test during April, it is being considered to conduct the test in late April or early May.

This year too, the government will deposit money for books and uniforms in students’ accounts through DBT. The Department of Education has made its proposal.
