District Basic Education Officer Shivnarayan Singh said on Monday that Vipin Yadav, an assistant teacher posted at the primary school in the education area, Belhari, had sent an obscene audio message on the mobile of a teacher on April 13, 2021. He told that the teacher is on maternity leave, due to the obscene audio message of the assistant teacher on the mobile, the teacher got upset and informed her husband about the matter. He told that after this the teacher’s husband gave a complaint letter to the District Basic Education Officer. Singh said that taking cognizance of the complaint letter, he has suspended assistant teacher Vipin Yadav for sending indecent and hateful messages on the teacher’s mobile under the Teachers Service Conduct Rules. He has summoned the report in 15 days while handing over the investigation of the case to the Block Education Officer Murlichpra Awadhesh Kumar Rai.
