He shot and killed his two brothers with a pistol in his license along with his son, who was accused of spreading the field in the village of Chava Nagaria in Aligarh. Attempts were also made to kill the third brother. Seeing the huge tension in the village, the police force has been deployed. The younger brother has filed a case against the elder brother-in-law, his two sons and the wife of one son.
According to the police, a family is having a dispute over land in Chava Nagaria. Nathi Lal resident Chava Nagaria, son of Satyapal Singh, has filed a report that his brother Ajay Pal Singh conducted a field operation by mistake. He came to fix the sheep, including Brother Phal Singh and Harvey Singh. When the dispute broke out, Ajaypal Singh, his son Arvind and Dinesh alias Guddu came to the spot and started protesting.
Arvind Fal Singh and Harbir Singh were shot dead with licensed pistols in the incident. Seeing this, he started running towards the house, then Arvind and Dinesh along with Ajaypal Singh ran after him and tried to kill him while firing. Somehow escaped and reached home. Here the accused beat other family members and threatened to kill. The villagers and others gathered and the accused fled. He then reached the farm with the villagers and took Fal Singh and Harbir Singh to the community health center. Doctors pronounced them both dead. In this case, a report has been filed nominating both the elder brother, son and son’s wife.
Aligarh District ASP Prakash Kumar said, ‘There was a dispute between the brothers over the field sheep. The brother and his son shot and killed their two brothers with their licensed pistols. Thirty brothers also tried to kill him. A case has been filed against five people. Currently there is tension in the village. Police from many police stations have been deployed at the spot. Police have sent the body for postmortem.
