Chief Secretary Rajendra Kumar Tiwari has instructed the health department officials that after assessing the needs of the next four weeks, the hospital should provide beds, necessary medicines, oxygen and manpower. Home isolation patients should be monitored regularly to strengthen their monitoring system. On Tuesday, Chief Secretary Rajendra Kumar Tiwari held a meeting on Kovid-19 at Lok Bhavan auditorium. He said a mechanism should be put in place to test for the Covid-19 infection so that communication at the district level can be traced, monitored and the status of testing reviewed. Daily information of District Command Center should be provided to State Command Center.
He said patients with mild symptoms or asymptomatic should be monitored regularly at home isolation. If necessary they should be sent to the ambulance immediately and admitted to Covid Hospital. For communication if necessary, additional teams are formed if he said that the areas from which more cases are coming should be reviewed and additional arrangements should be made to investigate, find and monitor the communication accordingly.
