After the inter-regional transfer process began after the Corona period, the Department of Basic Education began removing the transfer process. Teachers are putting maximum pressure to shift to three districts of Meerut division. Teachers’ dream of going home will be shattered as there are no posts in the school. 1144 teachers have applied for inter-district transfer from district.
The process of inter-district transfer of teachers in primary and upper primary schools of the Basic Education Department has been resumed under the direction of the government. Departments are now receiving a report from teachers whose files were canceled for some reason. There will be a transfer list for teachers in the first week of October. Teachers in the three districts are the most crowded to take transfers. These include Gautam Bodhanagar, Ghaziabad and Meerut districts. However, the dream of many teachers to go home with less vacancies in these districts will be shattered. Teachers of the three districts were given preference at the time of application, with teachers meeting the same district the most. Where teachers in Bagpat, Hapur and Amroha districts did not apply much. Akhand Pratap Singh, BSA Bulandshahr explained that the process for interstate relocation is underway. In some districts the posts are low, the posts have been fixed from the administration level. The department is preparing complete information. The list will be sent to the government soon.
Number of posts in three districts
Ghaziabad has 11 posts of primary assistant teacher, one post of head teacher, one post of headmaster of upper primary school and 41 posts of assistant teacher. Meerut Primary School has 87 posts of Assistant Teacher, one post of Headmaster and one Headmaster of Upper Primary and 11 posts of Assistant Teacher. Besides, there are 1,168 vacancies for assistant teachers and only 644 vacancies for principals and upper primary in Gautam Buddha Nagar.
