1 kg kg of flax recovered from flat in Ghaziabad by Delhi Police Narcotics Cell


The Narcotics Cell of Delhi Police and local police raided a flat in Gyan Khand-3, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad and recovered about 1 kg of cannabis. In Delhi, police came to arrest the woman in the guise of an accused in a drug racket case. The woman and her husband were not seen at the scene and the police returned with the recovered cannabis. One woman and two students were brought to the police station from the flat for questioning but were released at the end of the interrogation.

The Narcotics Cell of the Delhi Police conducted a search operation in Indirapuram on Wednesday evening in search of a woman accused of smuggling cannabis. Two students and a woman were found in the flat. Delhi Police returned empty-handed after not finding the accused woman and her husband. After that, Indirapuram police arrived in collaboration and searched a room in the flat and found a horn from there. Later, police searched the car parked outside the house and recovered cannabis from there. Police arrested both the student and the woman and brought them in for questioning.

The police investigation revealed that the Delhi Police came in search of the accused woman. He used to smuggle cannabis from this flat. Indipuram police seized the car. After questioning, both the student and the woman left no role in the case. SHO Indipuram Sanjeev Sharma said a team was being formed to investigate after filing a report against the woman and her husband. 1 kg of flax and a vehicle were seized from the spot.
