More emphasis will be placed on women entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs. Better work will be done on the quality and design of the sticks to compete in the international and national markets.

Firoz, a leather trader from Islampur, said sticks have been made from house to house in dozens of villages in Islampur, Rambagh, Pankhatli, Maniyari, Bochahan and Karja. More than five hundred small and big businessmen have been associated with it. There are more than 15 thousand artisans. The livelihood of 50,000 people is involved with the stick. Muzaffarpur has a turnover of more than Tk 50 crore annually. The cradle industry will grow with the help of the government.
