Good news! AAI hints that ordinary people’s dream of flying from Durbhang airport will soon be fulfilled

The dream of flying ordinary people from Darbhanga Airport in Bihar will soon be fulfilled. The airport authorities of India have started this by tweeting.

In fact, Indian airport authorities have tweeted that civil aviation will soon start from Darbhanga airport. The Ministry of Civil Aviation (MOCA) under the Regional Connectivity Project (RCS) and the Airports Authority of India (AAI) have joined hands with the Bihar government to provide air connectivity from Darbhanga to other airports.

Earlier, AAI had written that an interim civil enclave was being constructed at Darbhanga at a cost of Rs 92 crore. A new apron is being built, along with a prepaid terminal car park to strengthen the runway, including landing Boeing 738-800 aircraft and connecting to the taxiway.

AAI wrote that the runway at Darbhanga Airport, which belongs to the Indian Air Force, is 9000 feet. It has been selected under the Udayan project under the Darbhanga connection of Delhi. SpiceJet will provide its services.

It is to be noted that SpiceJet has been allowed to start flights from Darbhanga Airport under the regional connectivity project on Mumbai, Bangalore and Delhi routes.

According to the schedule, the first flight will reach Darbhanga Airport from Bangalore at 11.15 am, which will reach Bangalore from Darbhanga at 11.45 am. Under Mumbai Darbhanga Biman, the flight will depart from Delhi at 11.10 am to Darbhanga Airport and from Mumbai at 12.40 pm to Darbhanga. Finally, a flight from Delhi to Darbhanga will be available. The flight will reach Darbhanga from Delhi at 5.30 pm and will fly to Delhi at 4.25 pm.
