Girl child home scandal: Ashwini jailed in Tihar to be produced in court on production warrant

Ashwani, who was convicted in Delhi’s Tihar Jail in the famous girl’s home case, will be produced in a Muzaffarpur court on a production warrant. For this, local martyr Khudiram Bose has written a letter to the Superintendent of Central Jail Rajiv Kumar Singh Tihar Jail Superintendent.

In the letter, he quoted the case in the Muzaffarpur court and demanded a production warrant for Ashwini (girl child scam) filed in Tihar Jail in the CBI case. An FIR was lodged with Mithanpura Police Station on July 2, 200 in a case of assault against Ashwini and his wife. The FIR was registered by Sabita Devi, wife of Ashwini’s younger brother. The FIR alleges that Ashwini and his wife assaulted Sabita Devi and her daughter. The cause of this incident was said to be a domestic dispute. At the time of the incident, Ashwini and her brother were staying with their family at the jail post in Mithanpura police station area.
During the investigation of the case, the then police station of Mithanpura, BN Ram filed a chargesheet against the husband and wife in the court on September 29, 2009. On August 11, 2009, Ashwini was granted bail by the court. The next hearing in the case is scheduled for October 12.
Ashwini’s name came up during the investigation into the girl’s home scandal. The CBI arrested him during the investigation. The accused doctor Ashwini Balika was working as a doctor at the children’s home. He has many serious allegations including giving drugs to girls. On February 11, a Delhi court sentenced Ashwini to ten years in prison. He was convicted under the Pox Act for negligence and conspiracy.

Ashwini will be produced in Muzaffarpur court in the attack case. Therefore, an attempt is being made to bring him from Delhi to Muzaffarpur on a production warrant by a court order.
