Bihar Election 2020: This time more security forces will be deployed in the booths


After clearing the picture of when and in what phases the assembly elections will be held, the process of security forces arriving in Bihar for peaceful and fair elections will begin soon. A large number of security forces are expected to visit Bihar ahead of the coroner’s election and the three phases. However, the Bihar Police Commission needed about 30,000 security personnel to conduct the three-stage election in a presentation on the various circumstances.

In the 2015 Assembly elections, Bihar got 2,522 agencies of the security forces, and the vote was in five rounds. About a month ago, 250 organizations came to Bihar for the pre-election campaign. This time the election will be held in 3 phases. This will require more paramilitary forces. According to sources, the increase in the number of booths and polling stations due to Corona will require more security forces than before. The paramilitary forces deployed are not less than the flower section (2/8) or half (1/4).

The Naxal-affected areas will fall into three phases

Many districts of Bihar are affected by Naxals. These include Gaya, Aurangabad, Jamui and Lakhisarai in the Naxal-sensitive districts. Nawada, Mungar Kaimur, Rohtas, Arwal, Jahanabad, Nalanda, Banka, Muzaffarpur, Baishali, East Champaran and Baghaha (police district) and Naxals were affected.
And these are included in the Security Related Expenditure (SRE) district. Voting will be held in the first and third phases in the sensitive districts. However, in the third phase, there are also Naxal-affected areas.
