Famous singer AR Rahman has composed the song to encourage the Indian athletes going to the Tokyo Olympics. On Wednesday, the new Sports Minister Anurag Thakur released this song. While releasing the Olympic song, Sports Minister Anurag Thakur has appealed to the fans to support their favorite athlete. He said, “I also request all countrymen to listen to this song and share it with friends and cheer for the entire Indian contingent for Tokyo Olympics to show that we are with you. ”

He thanked Rahman and Ananya who composed this song in such a difficult time of Kovid-19 epidemic.
Indian Olympic Association (IOA) President Narinder Batra said that Team India’s official ‘Cheer’ song reflects the hard work of all the stakeholders in the last 18 months.
Minister of State (Sports) Nishith Pramanik, Sports Secretary Ravi Mittal, Director General Sports Authority of India Sandeep Pradhan and IOA Secretary General Rajeev Mehta were also present on the occasion.
