The third and final match of the three-match ODI series between England and Pakistan is being played at the Ages Bowl in Southampton. Pakistan is on the backfoot in this match. The first match between the two teams was played in Manchester, in which Pakistan suffered a crushing defeat. The second match was a draw due to rain. In the third Test, England declared their first innings at 573 for six. In reply, captain Azhar Ali took over the captaincy and played an unbeaten innings of 141. On the third day, Pakistan had to follow suit as they were bowled out for 2273 on Sunday.
Former Pakistan batsman Shoaib Akhtar is Pakistan’s Azhar Ali & Co. for batting. “I have seen the attitude of the attacking bowlers. He has the ability to take wickets. Nevertheless, it will be difficult for Pakistan to avoid defeat.
