Johnny Bearstore’s century helped England bounce back from a great 302 for seven against Australia in their third and scheduled ODI on Wednesday (September 1). England won the toss and elected to bat first, losing two wickets in the first two overs of Mitchell Starc’s match, but Bairstow’s great innings brought England back. With this century he also joined this special club.

In England’s falling wickets, Bairstow continued to play uninterrupted from the other end, but slowed down a bit as the century reached. He, however, completed his tenth ODI century with a six off a deep square leg above Pat Cummins.
An incredible shot.

Please note that Bairstow and Billings, who scored centuries in the first match, did not allow Australia to take a good start. The partnership broke the jumpa, but then Billings lost the wicket with his reverse sweep. He hit four fours and two sixes in his innings.
