This FIR was lodged against National Gold Council President Pankaj Dhavaraya. Superintendent of Police Countryside Atul Sharma told about the matter that Sandeep Kamboj, legal advisor of Azad Samaj Party, has alleged in the Tahrir given at Fatehpur police station that Azad has been threatened with death. He has named National Gold Council President Pankaj Dhavaraya in the complaint. Sharma told that the police is investigating the matter on the basis of Tahrir.
