I will not get BJP’s corona vaccine: Akhilesh

Akhilesh Yadav on Saturday termed the corona vaccine as a BJP vaccine and said he would not get the Bharatiya Janata Party’s corona vaccine and everyone would get a free vaccine when his government came. “I will not do the vaccine yet, I have made my statement,” Yadav told reporters. He will also keep the BJP, trust him. Oh brother, when their government comes, everyone will get free vaccine. We cannot vaccinate the BJP. The BJP government and the organization have reacted sharply to former chief minister Akhilesh’s statement, calling it an insult to the country’s scientists and doctors.

‘Vaccination can make a person disabled’

His party’s MLA (MLC) Ashutosh Sinha also said that SP president Akhilesh Yadav’s statement said that a person can be disabled if vaccinated. Recently, the alleged video of SP MLC Sinha, elected from Varanasi Block Bachelor Zone, went viral, where he was heard to say, “We think BJP people will say later that the population needs to be reduced, give you a vaccine to disable you.” That not just the Socialist Party, no one should be vaccinated.

‘Insulting country’s doctors and scientists’

On the other hand, contradicting Akhilesh Yadav’s statement, Deputy Chief Minister and BJP leader Keshab Prasad Maurya said that Akhilesh Yadav did not trust the vaccine and it was an insult to the country’s doctors and scientists. He said, “Akhilesh Yadav does not believe in vaccines and the people of Uttar Pradesh do not believe in him (Akhilesh Yadav). It is an insult to our country’s doctors and scientists to question his vaccine, for which he should apologize.” The person in the position should think seriously before making such a statement.
