Health Minister Dr Harsh Vardhan, who himself landed in defense of the corona vaccine, responded to Akhilesh-Tharoor.

Health Minister Dr Harsh Vardhan has responded to a question raised by Congress on the emergency use of the Indian biotech vaccine ‘Kovasin’ for corona vaccine in India. The health minister said it was objectionable to politicize like this on any important issue. The health minister, in a tweet on Sunday evening, tagged Congress leaders Shashi Tharoor, Jairam Ramesh and Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav, saying it was an attempt to defy the science-backed protocol for approving coronavirus vaccines. You are only defaming yourself.

I tell you that Shashi Tharoor, a senior Congress leader and MP from Thiruvananthapuram, criticized the approval of Kovacin and said it was premature and dangerous. Tharoor tweeted, ‘Kovacin has not yet been tested for third stage. Time is given before approval and it can be dangerous. Dr. Harshvardhan should clarify this. This should be avoided until the test is complete.

At the same time, another senior Congress leader, Jairam Ramesh, also expressed concern. He asked Union Health Minister Harsh Vardhan to explain why internationally accepted protocols were being amended in the third phase of the trial. He said on Twitter that India Biotech is a first-rate initiative, but it is surprising that internationally accepted protocols related to third-stage testing are being revised for Kovisin. Health Minister Harsh Vardhan should be clear.

Apart from that, Samajwadi Party chief and former Uttar Pradesh chief minister Akhilesh Yadav has said that he will not get the BJP’s coronavirus vaccine. I don’t believe in their vaccine. Speaking to reporters on Saturday, Akhilesh termed the coroner vaccine of the Indian government as a BJP vaccine. He said that when our government comes, the coronavirus vaccine will be provided to the people free of cost.
