According to him, men who try to be fathers should wear loose-fitting fitness underwear. It not only helps to increase the quality of sperm production.

Researchers at the Harvard TH Chan School of Public Health analyzed food supply, age, physical activity, routine, sleep quality, clothing, alcohol addiction, and clothing for men during childbirth.

During this period, sperm count increased by 17 percent among men wearing loose-fitting shorts instead of tight underwear. Not only that, but the ability of these semen to reach and fertilize the ovaries is also found to be 33% higher.

According to lead researcher Professor Alan Pacey, sperm production in men depends on the temperature of the genitals. When it is above 34 degrees Celsius, the brain secretes FSH (follicle stimulating hormone).

FSH hormone that directs sperm production to the genitals. Among tight women’s underwear wear, it has dropped by up to 14 percent.

The improvement is in three months

“Men wearing tight underwear don’t have to worry,” said George Chevrolet, a physician on the study team. Within three months of taking loose shorts they can improve sperm count and quality. The results of the study have been published in a recent issue of the Journal of Human Reproduction.
