SBI has asked its customers to link PAN with Aadhaar card by the end of September. The bank says that if they do not do this then they may have to face problems in taking advantage of the banking service. SBI tweeted that we inform and advise our customers to link PAN with Aadhaar to avoid any banking inconvenience and continue to take advantage of uninterrupted banking service. The bank said that it is mandatory to link PAN with Aadhaar. If not, the PAN will become inoperative. SBI has told in its second alert that the services of the online bank will be stalled for about 120 minutes. The bank said that the maintenance work will be done for 120 minutes i.e. 2 hours between 12 pm and 2 pm on the night of 15 September, due to which the online service will be disrupted. During this time customers will not be able to take advantage of any service like YONO SBI, Internet Banking, YONO Lite, UPI. Explain that SBI has a total of 44 crore customers. Out of which more than 20 crore take advantage of online banking services.
