Sidhu said that I have been meeting him (CM Charanjit Singh Channi) for a long time. I am talking to him since last 1 month. The first meeting was at Punjab Bhawan, at that time the talk was that the panel (on the DGP) would come and things would be decided in a week. There is a government of 90 days, it has been 50 days.

He said that there is nothing personal. I talk to him for Punjab. Whatever good can be done for the state, I talk to him. I have no differences with Charanjit Channi, not at all. Whatever I do, I do for Punjab. I stand for Punjab. Punjab is my soul. That’s the goal.

Sidhu said that during the last 4.5 years, I have raised many issues like liquor, buses etc. The CM had centralized power, but no one took any action. I am not greedy for any position, but I fight only for the rights of the people of Punjab. I will give 80-100 seats to the Congress in the 2022 elections.
