The initiative comes a day after Channi offered to approach Sidhu and resolve the issues through talks. Sidhu, who has resigned from the post of state Congress president, said, “The Chief Minister has called me for talks. Sidhu had on Wednesday questioned the appointment of the Director General of Police, State Advocate General and “tainted” leaders.
