According to the Prime Minister’s Office, during this, Prime Minister Modi will review the India-US Global Comprehensive Strategic Partnership with President Biden and exchange views on global and regional issues of mutual interest. The Prime Minister will also meet US Vice President Kamala Harris and explore possibilities of cooperation between the two countries on various issues, especially in the field of science and technology.

PM Modi will conclude his visit with his address at the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) in New York on global challenges, especially the Kovid-19 pandemic, the need to tackle terrorism, climate change and other important issues.

PM Modi left for America on Wednesday in an Air Force-1 Boeing 777-337 ER aircraft from Delhi. He will meet face-to-face with President Joe Biden in the US on Friday. The Prime Minister’s Office had released a picture of him before his departure. On Friday, Biden will host the first conference of the Quad nations. Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison and Japanese Prime Minister Yoshihide Suga will also participate in this conference.
