Ingredients for onion mash

-2 onions-
-7 bowls- gram flour
-18 tablespoons red chilli powder
-1 table spoon-rice flour
-4 cups coriander leaves
-8 tablespoons hing

-2 tablespoons – for frying oil

Method of making onion mash

To make onion pakoras, first take two onions and cut them on top and bottom. Now peel the onion and cut the hard part on top. Now cut the onion in half and cut it into thin and long pieces.

Now take the chopped onion in a pot and take out its layers. In the same bowl, take tea flour, add red chilli powder, rice flour, asafoetida, salt and chopped coriander and mix everything well. Now add a little water to the bowl and make a thick bowl.

Now heat the oil in a pan. Mix two teaspoons of hot oil in this gram flour solution and mix well. Once the oil is hot, make pakoras one by one with your hands and add oil to them. After frying the pakoras on medium flame for 2 minutes, turn them over. Fry until both sides are golden brown. Remove the pancakes from the oil and serve hot.
