If you have problems removing PF or any other problem, now you can also complain on your WhatsApp. The Employees Provident Fund Organization (EPFO) has launched the WhatsApp helpline service for quick resolution of complaints from its shareholders. The Ministry of Labor said in a statement that the facility is available in other forums to resolve EPFO complaints. The forum includes EPFIGMS Portal (EPFO Online Complaint Resolution Portal), CPGRMS, Social Media Platform (Facebook and Twitter) and 24 Hour Call Center.
The ministry said in a statement that the EPFO has launched a WhatsApp-based helpline-cum-complaints remedy to make the lives of its members more accessible. This step taken under a continuous uninterrupted initiative is to ensure uninterrupted and uninterrupted service delivery to the stakeholders in the Kovid-19 epidemic.
This initiative will enable PF shareholders to interact directly with EPFO regional offices at individual levels. Now the WhatsApp helpline service has been launched in 137 regional offices of EPFO. Any party concerned with a PF account can register any complaint regarding EPFO related services through WhatsApp message to the helpline number of the concerned regional office.
