Celery Ladus is full of these qualities

Celery contains Iron, Sodium, Magnesium, Vitamin A and Vitamin C which are beneficial for both our skin and body. It contains a lot of fiber which helps in digestion.


To make celery ladles, 1 kg celery is ground, 1.5 kg wheat flour, 250 grams glue, 1 dried coconut, desi sugar or molasses and desi ghee as required.

How to make Celery Laddu:

Place the pan on the gas and let it heat up.
Now put 1 tablespoon of ghee in the pan and let the ghee heat on low heat.
Then add the glue to the ghee and after frying well take it out in an empty pot.
Now glue it.
Heat the embroidery again and add ghee to it.
Now add flour and cook on low heat till it starts smelling.
Then grind and add ground coconut.
Add ground celery and mix it with flour.
When it is cold, add sugar or molasses in it
The arrowheads of celery are reduced by adding sugar.
Now make laddu from this churme.
