A spokesman for Indigo confirmed that the workers had gone on strike. However, he added that the employees of Agril Airport Services Pvt Ltd always get paid on time. Even during the lockdown in the last one year, the company has not given any discount to any employee.
A spokesman said a small employee at the Goa airport had created a problem. They are demanding an immediate and effective pay rise. The spokesman said, however, that the company had promised that their demands on April pay would be met.
