There have been less active cases in 19 states and union territories of the country. Maharashtra has the highest number of 16,613 and Dadar-Nagar Haveli and Daman-Diu have the lowest number of patients at nine.
Maharashtra, most affected by the Corona epidemic, saw 1,16,6113 cases reduced to 2,7575,01. The death toll stood at 33,015. During this period, 32,007 people became infected, bringing the number of healthy people to 9,16,348.
In the southern state of Karnataka, the number of patients has come down by 2708 in the last 24 hours and the state now has 95,354 active diseases. The death toll in the state has reached 6,144 and so far 4,23,377. People have been rescued.
In Andhra Pradesh, the number of active patients has come down to 744,51 to 4311 as the number of patients has come down to 4311 during this period. So far 4410 people have died in the state. A total of 5,51,821 people have been infected.
