An office order issued by the General Registrar of the Delhi High Court, Manoj Jain, said that all the courts of the Joint Registrar (Judicial) would also conduct operations digitally during this period. It further states that no adverse order will be issued by the Court of Joint Registrar (Judicial) in cases where the parties and / or their lawyers are not present and the cases which are adjourned for submission of evidence in the aforesaid court. The full court has passed similar directions in the context of the lower court.
