The infection rate (infected in proportion to the total samples tested) in Delhi was 0.05 percent. This information came from the data shared by the Health Department. So far this month, only one person has died of Kovid-19 in the national capital. According to the daily bulletin issued by the Health Department, with new cases, the total number of people infected so far in Delhi has increased to 14,38,288, out of which 14.12 lakh patients have become infection free and 25,083 people have lost their lives. According to the bulletin, at present 400 patients are active in the national capital, out of which 98 are undergoing treatment in home isolation. A day before this, the total number of patients under treatment in Delhi was 377.
There are 93 containment zones in the national capital at present, which is one more than Monday’s 92. According to government data, so far 1,51,71,146 beneficiaries have been given at least one dose of vaccine to protect against Kovid-19 in Delhi.
