Bihar Panchayat Election 2021: Voting begins in 24 blocks of 10 districts, police made tight security arrangements

Bihar Panchayat Election 2021: Voting has started for the first phase of Bihar Panchayat Election. Yes, the voting process has started from 7 am in 24 blocks of total 10 districts.
