Five coaches of Kannur-Bengaluru Express derailed after a boulder fell.

Kannur-Bengaluru Express derailed: Five coaches of the Kannur-Bengaluru Express derailed around 3.50 am. The accident occurred due to a boulder falling from a mountain in Toppuri-Sivdi Ghand of Bangalore Division. As soon as the information about the accident was received, the officials immediately reached the spot. Relief and rescue work was started on the spot. According to South Western Railway, no casualty has been reported in the accident.
