In 2014, the Rajasthan Police’s Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) and Special Task Force (SOG) arrested 13 people linked to the terrorist organization Indian Mujahideen from various cities based on information from the NIA. He said the court had sentenced him to a maximum of life imprisonment under Section 121 of the Indian Penal Code (for waging war against the Government of India, or for trying to wage such a war or engaging in such a war). Court orders Mohammad Ammar (Bihar), Mohammad Sajjad, Mohammad Akib, Mohammad Omar, Abdul Wahid Ghori, Mohammad Waqar, Abdul Majid alias Adas (all from Sikar) Mohammad Maruf (Jaipur) Waqar Azhar (Pali), Barkat Ali, Mohammad Shakib Ansari and Ashraf Ali Khan (all of Jodhpur) were convicted and punished. Mashrafe Iqbal (Jodhpur) has been released. During the arrests of Maruf, Walker and Ansari, police recovered a large quantity of explosives, detonators, electronic circuits / timers from their homes, revealing the terrorist attack.
