These trains will run between Mumbai and Konkan region. Trains will run from Mumbai’s Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus and Panvel station for Sawantwadi Road and Ratnagiri. In view of Ganpati festival in the month of September, these trains will be run at the same time. A train from Mumbai to Shivaji Terminus will depart at 12.20 pm and will reach Sawantwadi at 2 pm the next day. Then the same train will leave Sawantwadi at 2.40 pm and will reach Shivaji Terminus at 4.35 am the next day. Apart from this, there will be 10 rounds of weekly train between Shivaji-Ratnagiri from 6 to 20 September. This train will run twice a week on Monday and Friday.
Trains running thrice a week between Panvel and Sawantwadi will make 16 trips. These trains will leave from Panvel on Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday.
Train running from Panvel to Ratnagiri will take 10 trips twice a week. These trains will run from 9 to 23 September. Trains will run on Monday and Friday.
Booking in these trains will start from July 8 at all PRS centers and websites. Only passengers with confirmed tickets will be allowed to travel in these trains.
