Ingredients for making green potatoes
-1/2 kg small potatoes
-1 pack coriander leaves
– 1 inch piece of ginger
-4 green pepper
-1 teaspoon cumin
-1/2 large cardamom seeds
-1/2 inch pieces of cinnamon
– 1 teaspoon black pepper powder or 5-6 whole green chillies
-1 teaspoon oil
– Fry in oil as needed
-1/2 lemon juice
How to make green potato
Boil the potatoes first to make the green dum potatoes. Peel a squash, grate it and take it with a fork. Heat oil in a pan and fry till the potatoes turn golden.
Clean and cut coriander leaves, ginger, green chillies. Now grind them with a grinder. Heat a teaspoon of oil in a pan and add cumin paste. Then fry cloves, cinnamon and large cardamom seeds in a pan. Now add coriander paste and fry for 2 minutes.
Now bring black chilli powder in the pan and fry it. Now add potatoes and add 1/2 cup water and let it boil. Add lemon juice and salt to taste and bring it to a boil and turn off the gas. Your greens are ready to make potatoes. Serve them hot
