Ronnie Screwala and filmmaker Meghna Gulzar from RSVP have announced the title of their much awaited film ‘Sam Bahadur’ (Sam Bahadur).

New Delhi: One century has passed since the birth of Field Marshal Sam Manekshaw, one of India’s greatest war heroes. Ronnie Screwwala from RSVP and filmmaker Meghna Gulzar have announced the title of their much awaited film ‘Sam Bahadur’ (Sam Bahadur) on the occasion of his birth anniversary. Based on the life and times of Bahadur Manekshaw, ‘Sam Bahadur’ will be brought to life in this rare film by the talented Vicky Kaushal, who has already caught everyone’s attention with his appearance. Sam Manekshaw’s military career spans four decades and five wars. He was the first Indian Army officer to be promoted to the rank of Field Marshal and Bangladesh was created due to his military victory in the Indo-Pak war of 1971.
