An FIR has been lodged against Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut and her sister at Bandra police station. Both sisters have been accused of spreading communal hatred. Both have been charged under Sections 295 (a), 153 (a) and 124 (a) of the Indian Penal Code. Let us know, the Bandra court recently directed to register an FIR against Kangana and her sister following the allegations of casting director Sahil Ashraf Syed.
The petitioners, Munna Varali and Sahil Ashraf Syed, had filed a petition in the court seeking to register an FIR alleging that Kangana’s tweet was provocative, the report said.
According to media reports, the petition alleges that Kangana is creating a gap between Hindu and Muslim artists through her tweets and interviews on TV channels. Kangana’s troubles could escalate further after the court order and the filing of the FIR.
Remarkably, Kangana’s difficulty is constantly increasing. Earlier, a Karnataka court had directed farmers to file a case against the agitation against the new agriculture law. Kangana has been in controversy for the last several months.
Recently, BMC demolished parts of their illegally built office. Kangana then went to court against BMC to seek compensation.
