ICICI Bank can make fixed deposits (FDs) to its customers through WhatsApp, pay utility bills and instantly access trade finance details. ICICI Bank said in a press release that it has become the first bank in the industry to provide these services through WhatsApp. The bank said that with these new services, the number of banking services provided to customers through WhatsApp has reached 25.
