Yamaha Motor’s special loan scheme for Corona Warriors


Yamaha Motor India (YMI) company group on Tuesday announced a special financing scheme for Kovid-19 epidemic warriors, after IndiGo airline announced a 25 percent discount on airfare for Corona Warrior doctors and nurses. Under this, the first three months installments of loan for the purchase of Yamaha motorcycle for these people will be reduced by 50 percent.

The YMI release said that this initiative has been taken for the convenience of the employees working ahead in the fight against Corona. The benefit of the scheme will be available on the purchase of a new two-wheeler in Yamaha. This benefit will be available at all authorized dealers of the company across the country. The company has said that under the scheme, the first three months of loan installments on the purchase of Yamaha motorcycles will be reduced by 50 percent. The company has announced this special financial plan as part of the company’s efforts to support those working on the forefront in the fight against the Corona epidemic.

Before this, IndiGo airline told on Thursday that for this, it has started a campaign called ‘Tough Cookie’. Under this, doctors and nurses who have booked tickets for the journey till 31 December will be able to get a discount of up to 25 percent in the fare. At the time of check-in, they have to show their hospital ID. To make their journey memorable, they will be given a ‘cookie tin’ at checkin, they will be welcomed at the boarding gate announcing their name and the PPE kit on board the aircraft will carry a ‘Tough Cookie’ sticker. He will be welcomed inside the aircraft by announcing his name.
