Triumph Motorcycles, a British premium motorcycle brand, on Thursday launched a brand new Rocket GT bike in the Indian market. The showroom price of this model is Rs 18.40 lakh. The company says it wants to create some excitement in the corona virus-infected market. Rocket 3GT is a new version of Rocket 3R launched in December, 2019, the company said. It has a brand new 2,500 cc engine. The company claims that it is the most produced motorcycle engine in the world.
It has different features than the standard model. These features make it a more comfortable and travel-friendly bike It has a traveling stylist adjustable handlebar to support the rider. You can do this backwards at your convenience. Some of the key electronics features of the Rocket 3G include GoPro control, heli hold control, four ride mode, cornering ABS with Corning anti system and full color TFT dash with Bluetooth enabled color.
It also has a long windscreen, adjustable forward set footrest, heated grips and backrest, which makes this bike special. Its engine weighs more than three kilograms more than the Rocket R3. The new Rocket 3GT has a 2,500 cc inline three-cylinder liquid-cooled power train. Its engine delivers 167bhp and 221Nm of torque. The bike has been given more than 50 new accessories, which gives people a lot of comfort while traveling. The name of this new kit is ‘Highway’.
Shoaib Farooq, Business Head, Triumph Motorcycle India, told PTI, “We are focused on creating adventure in the industry. We all know that there is pressure in the industry right now. Our aim is to attract customers to the showroom to buy our products.”
